Niepołomicka Strefa Inwestycyjna to największy teren przeznaczony pod inwestycje w regionie, liczy 400 hektarów. Trudno wyliczyć to, co ma na jej terenie i mniejszych stref inwestycyjnych powstać: zakłady produkcyjne, bazy transportowe, stacje paliw, sklepy… Jedną z właśnie powstających firm jest Nidec Motors Actuators (Poland), fabryka silników i napędów elektrycznych dla przemysłu motoryzacyjnego. Koszt inwestycji ma przekroczyć 56 mln złotych, z czego 2,9 mln złotych będzie pochodziło z budżetu państwa i zostanie przeznaczone na utrzymanie pięciuset nowo utworzonych miejsc pracy. Fotografię wykonano na terenie budowy w czasie utwierdzania nawierzchni, montowania instalacji, wznoszenia ścianek działowych… Jak widać, ruch jest tak duży, że budowlaniec nie miał głowy do pozowania.

Niepolomice Investment Area is the biggest terrain assigned for regional investments. It is 400 hectare big. It makes difficulties to reel off all the buildings and comapnies that are going to be established on this area: production plants, transport bases, petrol stations, shops. One of the companies that is under construction is Nidec Motors Actuators (Poland) that produces engines and electric drives for automotive industry. The overall cost of the investment is not going to be bigger than 56 millions zloty, the 2.9 millions of which will come from national budget and will be assigned for keeping the new workplaces. The photograph has been taken on the construction site during raising of partition walls, assembling installations, hardening the ground… As you can see, the worker was so in rush that he has no head for posing for photo.
